   MEDITATION  WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Sydney meditation  

This workshop is designed to introduce techniques for meditation, self healing and manifesting abundance to anyone wishing to enrich their life experience and to offer to those already acquainted an opportunity to expand access to both inner and outer joy.

The session lasts approximately 2.5 hours and contains five exercises. There is space for questions, sharing of personal experience and lots of fun and laughter.
 

 
ohm Exercise 1 :: MEDITATION
Meditation is very simply the art of being fully present without conscious thought. It transforms absolutely everything (including the ability to think as required) in wonderful ways!
Exercise 2 :: CHAKRA BREATHING
Learn to balance the primary energy centres for health and well being.
ohm Exercise 3 :: SELF HEALING
A short, simple yet powerful exercise to boost the immune system, improve energy levels or target specific physical, emotional or psychological conditions or life situations.
ohm Exercise 4 :: FORGIVENESS
An effective, empowering approach, forgiving ourselves and others is a vital step in manifesting abundance.

AN EMPOWERMENT JOURNEY

This journey is tailored for each group — a fun way to discover things about yourselves, be creative and manifest that which you deserve.
